Timming
Ok so how the hell do I set timming. I have a b18 block with a b16 head I took the cams out and how do set the timming and everything back up? So far all I know is to set the pistons tdc, then place the cams in with the two arrows facing eachother (on the cam gears) then put the timming belt on is that correct? Am I missing anything else?

Based on the fact that you have "timming" in your thread title and "tunning" in your sig...I'd be staying away from motor in general.
But if you must know, you're on the right track but you should consult a manual before trying to set the timing. TDC with cams pointed the correct way is a start. How is your distributor set? Have you used a timing light? Hit the books, buddy...

Thats basically it, set it all to TDC, put the belt over the tensioner then water pump then intake gear, then exhaust. Rotate 90 degrees counter clockwise and tighetn down tensioner then have a beer.

Re: Timming (Luserkid)
Yeah I got the it on TDC, but now when I put the cams on do I just set them at 0 degrees then slap the timing belt on? The dizzy is not even on yet I just put the head on.

What is that supposed to mean. Im just trying to set my cams in right. so then I can take the car to tune it. Besides the stay tuned in my sig is for my new numbers with this motor not like keep your car tuned.

Yep, no worries. Didn't mean to hate
Good luck tuning. What fuel management are you going to use? AFC? Hondata?
I made a big post a while ago about my LsVtec setup. You may want to check it out.
