Well .... yea.... my dizy is advanced all the way and so i knew it was time for a timing belt... i did it and well i went to do the timing and a yea the dizzy is advance all the way and all i am getting is 13 degrees also....i checked the markes 4 times and the cam and crank...in addition to that i remeemered to jump the jumper b4 i timed it.. what do u guys think it is>????
