Default Timing: Now or Later???

Hey guys i just got done putting a b16a2 in my EJ1 coupe and im not quite done with the swap yet(wiring). after installing it I noticed the timing was off, the exhaust side of the belt is flappy and loose whereas the intake side is nice and tight. there are NO timing marks on my belt covers(i dunno why) but i am planning on getting the belt taken care of. i know how to do it but im a lazy mthr f*ckr

Now,
My questions to honda-tech are "what will happen if i don't re-adjust the belt and drive it to a shop(if it even starts)" and "how much damage can be caused to my head from mis-aligned timing???
