Default timing need help

the timing belt jumped on my 1994 gsr and i dont no where top dead center is i have the new belt but i have no idea how to get everthing lined up can someone tell me how to find the top dead center and how to get everthign lined up i need to no asap

punch this in the search and youll see - (Setting Timing on B16) it should be the same thing.
