Timing belt install issues

Timing belt install issues
Okay, I was finally able to remove the crankshaft bolt and went on with the water pump replacement and what not. LET IT BE KNOWN. USE OEM WATER PUMP! HELL, USE OEM HONDA ****! The water pump I got was from O'Reilly Auto parts and the dowels wouldn't fit into the water pump. I had to enlarged the hole in them to fit. Okay, I got fixed and installed it.
Next problem was me over torqueing a bolt on the water pump. It was the very bottom one. I stripped most of the thread out. Man I was pissed. I need to get me a new set of torque wrenches I got some RTV sealant and filled the hole up and screwed the bolt back in. Hopefully the sealant holds up and the other three bolts keep it tight from leaking.
Anyone by any chance know the size of helicoil for the stripped threads in the block for the water pump?
Now I need to install the timing belt. I haven't gotten around to removing the driver side motor mount. I never done it before. Any tips and tools I need to do so? Help a newbie out here

Re: Timing belt install issues (Cuong-nutz)
put a board under the oil pan along with a jack to hold the engine up. take out the 3 bolts of the mount. the tension has to be loosen so u can slip the belt on the cam gear, then the tension bolt back up. make sure the belt is not too tight and not too much slacks.
if i left oout anything or was wrong, correct me

How do you go about adjusting the tension on the timing belt? Do I rotate the crank with the timing belt on counterclockwise to set the tension? How much should I rotate? I can't remember....
