how do you set the timing on the timing belt for a b16 motor?

set timing like setting TDC? or retarding/advancing timing?

not advancing or retarding, how do you set the belt and what is the proper way to set it and what to look for with the timing light?

hook a timing light to the #1 cylinder and look below the cam gears on the crank pulley, there should be marking to show you where teh #1 cylinder should be firing at.
