Default Time Serts

has anybody ever heard of "time-serts?" Someone told me that i can use these on my D16 block. (the block is chipped bad where the motor mount screws into it.)

If so, can someone fill me in on how i should go about attempting this repair? Thanx in advance

Post pics.

But generall speaking, time serts are similar to helicoils but much much stronger.

If half of the hole is chipped away, even a time sert wont help you without some welding first.
