a clutch doesnt have much to do with acceleration unless your talking about it "slipping" causeing loss of power. like on a worn out clutch.
Personal preference, i would go with ACT or Exedy. And if i remember correctly, ACT uses an Exedy organic clutch disc.
If its for daily driving, buy the street disc. dont get a 4 or 6 puck. and get a HDPP. It isnt extreme as you think.
I cant say anything else about other clutches because ive never used anyother ones. And everyone i know has also used the same.

x2.
Exedy and ACT make good budget stuff.
Get a good flywheel though, that will make a bigger difference.
I have an 8.8 fidanza, it's dope.

If you are going to get a clutch you should definately get a ligtened flywheel since youll already be right there. ACt and excedy are great. I am currently running an excedy stage 2 and its a huge difference in the grab. It will grab all at once which will help your launch and acceleration through the gears.

the exedy clutches (stage 2) have two different ones thick and thin....... than one for track and one for street I'm assuming the street one will be sufficient. So for my set up is stage 1 or stage 2 better?

Oh and dont forget to replace the input shaft bearing and throwout bearing. Even if they aren't making noise it's $20 in parts and an extra 20 minutes. Something you wont have to worry about until you next clutch install.

stage 1 will be sufficient for your setup but if you are doing more in the future to your motor it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a stage 2 now
