My 98 ex (130K miles)seems to be getting bad MPG. I'm only averaging 330 miles to a tank and my car seems so weak. My mom's 97 LX (160K miles) seems to be stronger. Mine goes up to a higher rpm like 4K to get off from a dead stop compare to my mon's LX at 3-3.5 RPM.

So what do you guys think?

What kind of mods, if any, do you have on it? What kind of mileage are you getting? I have a D16Y8(I think you have the same motor, not certain) in my CX hatch with I/H/E on it and it gets 32 MPG in town.

stock everything. Its a DD (90 miles round trips to and from school,everyday) so no mod.

LMK if you figure this out, I've been getting shitty gas mileage, around 22 in the city. I've already done a full tuneup tho

couple things i'd do if i were you:clean out your iacv(idle air control valve),Change your fuel filter,spark plugs and maybe distributor cap and rotor.All this can be done for $75-$150 depending on the parts you use.
