Tie rods and fuel filter for my b20
I am new to hondas, always wanted one now i have a project. I have a 92 4dr that has a b20b, i am looking to replace the tie rods as they are worn out, do i need to purchase tie rods for an actual 92 civic or something else? Also i need a new fuel filter, should i get one for a civic or crv?
Thank you guys

Re: Couple questions concerning my b20
get them for your car not your motor, same with your fuel filter. Only things like waterpump, timing belt, altenator, dizzy, spark plug wires, driveshafts etc. you'll need to get for your motor instead of the car..

Re: Tie rods and fuel filter for my b20
as previously stated, most items that are not related to your motor/drivetrain will be car specific. the tie rods and fuel filter are fairly simple projects to tackle in a day or so. just be sure that you count how many full rotations it takes to come off and put them on the same number of rotations it took to come off. you will need an alignment the same day if you want to salvage your tires. the fuel filter you will have to be very gentle with because if apply too much pressure, you will bend and snap the fuel feed line.
sorry if you knew all of this before.

Just get them for the 92 'Vic. Also, on a side note, I would recommend OEM Honda tie rods. I got cheap ones at Advance and the steering feel of the car kinda sucks now. I have non-powered steering though, so it may not affect what you feel as much if you have power.
