If you are talking about the actual accordian (/\/\/\/\/\/\/) boot on the power steering rack, then yes you can just buy the boots.
If you are talking about the peices on the END of the steering arm (ie. tie rods ends) that are broken... then you just replace the tie rod end. You can not repair them, and they just have to be replaced.

I know what your talking about and if you plan on fixing it PLEASE go to honda to buy the boot. Personally i work at Autozone and we sell those quick boots that would fix that problem. There junk and i wouldn't waste my time.
I had a SI with bad boots on both sides, i HATE power steering on hondas and so i got lucky and ended up buying a entire CX rack&pinion from a friend at honda. But before that i priced a boot at honda, damn i think it was like 30 bucks or something not sure. There called a Rack&Pinion boot.(imagine that ).. is what they call it parts stores though, but i recommend honda for that part

Yes sir bolted right up, There was something different about the steering gear boot or something like that was different from the Si rack. Damn i cant remember now but i know i had something like the Si gear boot on my Cx rack and it didn't fit well so i had to use a CX one but no problems other than that.

i payed 130 for mine, It what somewhat used but everything was in good shape. Im not sure how much a Brand New one from honda would cost..... Yikes i dont want to know, Autozone sells them for like 200 bucks. But i seriously would just check a local junkyard. There super easy to pull and you can prolly get a nice one for like 50 bucks if you haggle.
Yeah the gear box are different. Sorry i was out of it yesturday, You can use a CX r&p or a DX it doesn't matter but just make sure you do grab that gear box. I would put new tie rod ends on also there like 25 bucks a side from Autozone you cant beat that

I think you are talking about the tie rod end if you are talking about from the large accordion looking dust seal out to the knuckle.
If so, yes you can buy tie rod end boots separately from Honda. They are like five or six bucks. You should probably just go ahead and get new cotter pins as well. As well as grease of course.
