Ticking noise, exhaust leak?

Ticking noise, exhaust leak?
I've got this annoying ticking sound that seems to speed up as the RPMs rise and slow down as they drop.
I can't make out if it's coming from where the header meets the head or under the car, but I do know that the piping under the car is dented/scraped quite a bit since the car has been lowered and it looks like one of the bolts connecting the header to the head broke off.

You can hear the ticking in this video (ticking is a bit faint because of phone quality but you can still hear it).
I've adjusted my valves to spec multiple times to rule them out.
Header is a DC Sports ceramic 4-1 if that helps.

Re: Ticking noise, exhaust leak?
I had a similar noise to that that would occur under acceleration, i was missing nuts that attach headers to the head, I put two on, still missing one cuz its all.I had and tightened all.them.up a bit and the sound went away. Nice and quiet now.
Maybe try tightening yours, but don't get them too tight I've seen the studs coming of the head snap before.
Hope this helps, good luck
