Instead of a gay senseless reply to your question, Anything in your way or projecting anything over a certain amount of brightness towards the driver is illegal such as indiglo gauges, window banners, 5ft tach's, shift light, gauge pods, etc. Its a moving voilation or Obstruction of view. Word of advice? Take them off, who cares if it looks like a porsche it still isnt and unnecessary brightness on your cluster isnt necessary to drive. But thats all in my opinion.

That's the law over here in Fairfax county.. . . "if it isn't stock, it isn't legal." period. Could apply to your area. Talk about ridiculous laws. . The issue with the gauges would be considered "distraction to other drivers".

Maybe you can go to court and show the judge your cluster without the indeglos...
He or she might drop the charges..

2 examples:
Ive seen my boys go to court with torn up tint from there windows *this from getting illegal tint tickets* and showing them to the judge...charges dropped

The other for altered suspension, unapproved exhaust,...they put there cars back to stock and took pictures showing the date.. another charge thrown out...

this plus some asskissing goes a long way...

in view of all the haters. i could give a s*&T what you guys think about the reverse indiglo gauges. i want some only for the fact that my stock gauge cluster is not bright enough to see at night with all these bright as hell street lights shining through the windows and across my dash. i do agree with the fact that the regular indiglo gauges are a distraction and i did have some, but removed them because they were more of a distraction than assistance.
