throwout bearing question
probably didnt spell that right but any way lol i have a question i have a JDM d15b vtec using the stock P.O.S. CX tranny. i have a stage three clutch, light flywheel and new pressure plate ( all XTD From ebay which other than the bearing going bad the clutch is great if any one was wondering it grabs hard as **** and no slippage) i was wondering, to replace the throwout bearing would it be possible to just use a stock replacment cause if not i really dont know what one to use for it. if any one knows any thing please give me a little advice i am trying to fix this tonight before i go out and want to know if i need an aftermarket high performance bearing because of the clutch set up or can i use a stock replacement
thank you guys for any help it is appreciated and as i learn more about this kinda **** i am more than happy to help out anyone else

a stock one won't be a problem, recommend buying a new one, or if you have a used one lying around grease that bad boy up and put it to work... good luck
P.S.: always replace the throwout bearing BEFORE you put the tranny back on, it'll save you time later
