Default Throwing codes p73 ecu

I have recently swapped a 98 spec JDM ITR into a 98 civ ex. I used the the original harness from the ex and pieced in a couple of the plug from the JDM harness. A couple of plugs are just hanging and one of them (IAT Sensor) is looking for a return signal but there isn't an IAT sensor for the JDM ITR. My problem is that the p73 ecu is throwing codes but I cannot read them. I have had honda mechanics look at it and tell me that they can't even jump it to get the light to flash. He said something about the relay was missing a power or ground somewhere. The thing runs very well, maybe a little starved or sluggish when VTEC is engaged, but still gets it! Could this have to do with the the need for switching some of the pinouts? What is an immobilizer?

A little help!
