Default Throwing codes and hesitating!

My 97 hx has been having a random hesitation, 80% LOD, and usually up a slight incline, also throwing p0302,0302, and 1300

I know there are misfires but I have recently replaced cap, rotor, plugs, wires and cleaned my egr , still a bit stumped

Pull the plugs, compare them. Do a compression test. If they both check out ok, you will need to do more testing but you will need a good scan tool that will allow you to pull data from the ECU.

Plugs are good, and so is compression,it's a little low but the car has 185k so that to be expected, also low compression would affect the car all the time, this is random

Did you just clean the egr valve or did you also clean out the ports? With my 99 I had issues with a sticking egr valve that would run fine for awhile after cleaning it out but the code always came back, a new valve solved that issue.

From having two of these cars a 97 & 99 I have found that you need to clean out the egr system every 100k miles or at the same time as a timing belt change. It's a matter of when it will clog up not if it will.

I cleaned the ports, everything I could get to on the intake manifold, and any carbon build up I could find, was thinking about just disconnecting the egr valve and seeing if anything changes, I don't think it had ever been cleaned

Also when does the egr system actually activate, is it during accel or decel, or both?

And I keep experiencing a big loss in power, not that the car had any power to begin with but it really can't get out of its own way, also mpg while accelerating is down a few mpg. It has been very consistent for over 2 yrs so there is def a change
