Throttle sticking issues
So this is all started from when i hit a bump in the road a little too fast caught some air came down, and then my throttle was stuck wide open hitting rev limiter until i came to a stop and saw that the cable had gotten stuck at the pulley. So fixed it and drove home.
Ever since then when im driving ill come around 6k rpms and my throttle will sticks and is WOT.
It does not happen when im in neutral, doesn't happen if i stomp on the gas all the way wont stick if im not around 6k. It makes my pedal go to the floor.
Everything under the pedal looks fine, the spring is good even soaked it in wd40.
Replaced the throttle cable itself. Cable is not getting stuck on anything. Sprayed down the pulley also.
Maybe the tps? i havent tested it yet,
Any advice is appreciated,

Re: Throttle sticking issues
Bump.
Still does it, now just more random. Sometimes itll rev to 7 with no sticking issues and sometimes itll go to 5500 and stick, for longer than usual.
Maybe try replacing the pedal assembly?

Re: Throttle sticking issues
Last time someone on here had the same issue and ended finding out that he had some extra slack on his throttle cable. So it was never the throttle sticking, I still find that hard to believe.
