you need one from a del sol with a B16a3, tell the honda dealer its the del sol DOHC VTEC model.

you can use a TypeR throttle cable...or for $10bucks http://www.jdmshit.com has a throttle cable bracket specially made for swapps like yours.......LOL trust me cause i bought one. Its longer than the OEM throttle cable bracket... SO GO BUY ONE OR THE OTHER!!! JDM

True, it's a neat little tool to use so you don't have to spend the time fishing an Integra throttle cable through the firewall and connecting it to the pedal (not that it's hard, but when you're lazy it's much easier to change the bracket only ).
