Throttle cable problem
Hi there, I installed my AEBS intake mani with bored B18 throttle body on my b16 II and when i was checking the tps voltages to calibrate it I noticed at WOT it was 3.8 V when pushing the gas pedal from inside the car. So i went outside and pressed the throttle plate with my hand and at WOT it is 4.5V. So my throttle cable is about 1 Cm short. Does anyone know which I can use?? Its a B16 in a 1997 civic coupe with the stock D series cable. I made a custom mount so its not a mounting problem im just missing about 1-1.5cm on cable and therefore when im giving WOT in the car its only opening about 85% throttle.
Does anyone know a cable thats a bit longer than the stock D-series cable?? I can go out and buy a 99-00 sir cable, LS, GSR and ITR...
any help would be appreciated. And yes its fully adjusted so as soon as i touch the throttle there is response...the cable is just too short...
