Default Throttle Body

wondering if there is any point in getting an upgraded throttle body on my 92 civic vx? if i do get it will there be a good improvement or no?

nope...get rid of that motor or do some real mods (intake, header, exhaust, new head, turbo)

good idea

all the new throttle body does is improve fuel flow and up to 2 extra hp. but there are some things that are cheaper than a $100 throttle body that would give you more hp.

im getting a cai soon, and i dont really know what kind of header to get waht would you recommend? skunk2 etc..? thanks, i got my avatar off a topic on here like 5 days ago, forget what it is, haha scam that **** pretty good, put a cf hood on it and its TrickHonda77's car

Dude why you even spending money on a VX engine? Save up your money and swap in a D16z6 at least. Cancel that $200 AEM cold air intake and start looking for a D16z6 for $600

what yr engine would you recommend, and are u talking US or canadian, and when im looking @ new engines, i should look for the obvious things like, leaks, KM/Miles, condition, what else?

save up for a b18c1(gsr) or b18c5(type r)...dont waste your money on the torque less wonder b16

save some cash and get something a little better...at least a 1.6 sohc.......then we can talk imo i wouldnt waste money on the engine you have right now
