What did you use to clean up the conversion prior to install? Motor is nearing completion, soI`m finally getting off my lazy *** and throwing them on.

The labor is gravy, I just want to know what type of products were used to clean conversion prior to install. Mine is gonna take a wire brush and some serious elbow grease

the best thing to use brake cleaner. buy a few cans of that and there is no scrubbingg needed. the stream from the can is strong enough to remove all the grease and dirt.

Simple Green, Break cleaner and Carb cleaner and tooth brush. Primed all metal parts and painted them flat black including calipers.
