What's your set-up looking like? If you are going to say 94 civic with intake and exhaust, these will simply add some shine to your engine bay. I can't speak to the mpg but I would imagine it won't change much if at all...

Correct. That what I'm saying as well. Next to nothing. YOu won't even feel it. Anyone that says they do, is just lying to themselves. Whatever you've read, you've been lied to. If you add a header and an intake you can benefit by slightly better MPG by way of a better breathing engine.

Touchè, but the general consensus would state that by simply adding a header to a stock D16, the only thing someone would gain aside from noise increase is a slight weight reduction lol.. I guess some people just like to waste money

I'm pretty sure at one point or another we all started with an I/H/E setup and than it escalated from there.. Having gone from that to fully built turbo, I just wish I knew then what I know now.. My investments would have been significantly different..!
