Default Think i need a camber kit?

About 3 weeks ago i got a flat on my FR tire. I thought that if the problem was a nail, then i can get the tire fixed considering it still had good thread. That is what i though until i took the tire out. The inner side was what seemed to be shaved off. i was suprised at this cuz ive been under my car dozens of times, and never noticed that. then i looked at my FL tire and that one too had the same problem, shaving in the inner side. I will post pics of the tires tomorrow to better explain. But anyhow, I had to put my stock tires while i received my new tires. once i installed the new tires i went to get an aligment. and here are the results...

Now the mechanic said that an alignment might be able to fix the problem. since its not much out of whack. If not, then with the help of a camber kit. The problem is, i dont think i have too much of a drop. 1.5" all around i would say. i just eyeballed it cuz i have skunk2 adjustables. now i have a 95 civic, but the results are for a 96-00 civic. is there any diff in the both? so, would i be ok to go with the -3/4° to +1° ingalls camber or could the +1.25° to 3° also adjust negative camber. thanx.

it IS "just" your alignment ... when you drop you car !! ALLWAYS get an alignment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or tire wear and handling will suck !!!

back in october when i got my shocks, springs, & rims installed i got an alignment. and back in may i got my b16 swaped. i had to raise the car a bit due to the heavier motor, but i did not get an alignment cuz i was told it should be fine. what i can figure out is, did the tires slowly wore out since the original alignment back from october? or did the heavier motor made my tires bite the dust so quick?

no it was not fine that you did not get an alignment ... who told you that was wrong and own you a set of tyres !! getting the car lowered or raised... get an alignment !!
and you should all ways wiat like 500 miles before getting an alignment so that the suspension can get "settlet ind) use 2 it when new !!...

Remember this....anytime you make adjustments to your suspension ie raise or lower your car, you need an alignment because the suspension geometry will be off and it can possibly make the car dangerous to drive under certain cionditions.

Defintaly Alingment, Toe in or toe out will cause more wear on tires than Camber.. toe in or out cause the tires to go down the road at an angel. so they wear faster on the inside tread.
