Default Things I forgot about for GSR rear disc conversion

A couple of questions for the GSR rear disc conversion:
1.) Can I grab a 40/40 MC off a 90-93 Integra LS?
2.) Or can it be a 94-01 Integra LS? Does it really have to come from a GSR?
3.) What's a good price for a proportioning valve?
4.) Can I use my stock brake booster?

I found a link to a write up online a few months ago but I can't find it anymore. Anybody know where I can find it?

thanks.

1. Yes any prop valve from any rear disk honda/acura will work... the 93 will NOT bolt directly up the the 93 chasis though... the lines all line up fine but the mounting bracket does not...

I managed to rig something up with just a flat piece of scrap steel.

2. Again ANY rear disk honda/acura will do.

3. Free is a good price... 10-15 bucks is more likely what you'll find... search here see what people get for them... find out how much they are new using an online honda parts vender like hondaautomotiveparts.com.

4. You can use your stock booster assuming you use your stock master cylinder.

You didn't mention what chassis this is going into... I'm assuming 92-95 civic...

I'd recomend upgrading the master/booster anyway... but it's not required.
