Default are these lights legit???

I was searching ebay for HID lights for my eg and I ran across something called a "light booster" i'm kinda leery about all the ricer crap you can buy off ebay but this system was about 150 cdn dollars so it's not exactly cheap, it lbasically looks like two HID ballasts and all you have to do is connect the wire running to your headlight to the ballast and the ballast has a wire you connect to your headlights and that's it. I don't know how to post pics or I would show you guys. what do you guys think?

ive seen that same thing on ebay.. i think it has to do something w/ hooking the box they sell directly to the car battery so that it gets more power.. i dont think they will work that well ill wait for HIDs...

show me somewhere in the law books that its illegal for hids in VA and accross the country.. soon every car on the street inlcuding hyndauis, and metros will have HIDs cause they light up the road soo much better than stock bulbs..
