the tires look like 40's, so i'd say 16's
should be 45's though, some reason a lot of people put 40's on 16's.

i think so to but why do they put 40's on 16's?? but my 97 civ is the same color etc.. and i am looking at the gt3's eaither black or gun-metal. and right now i have a 2.5inch drop with H&R spring's. but also going to change those out with eaither skunk2 or Megan racing coil-overs. but anyway can i still get a 3inch drop with 16's and a 45 series tire? cause i wanna set the fender's right on top of the tire's. but i didnt know if i would have to get 15's for a 3inch drop or not. (to make it simple) i like how it sit's on the picture)

he probably has them for the same reason, but just wants to be lower, a 45 profile tire is good, you shouldnt really need a 35 or 40 series. i had the same green ej8 slammed as a **** with black gt3s 205/45/16 and it was a badass setup....

damn swig! That's clean... those 16's too? i keep goin back and forth between 15's or 16's but tha only thing i dont like about 15's is that 15's usually go wit 50series tires and i dont like the big side wall look. but what would 15's look like with 45 sereis? but if i got that i would have to lower it about 3.5-4 inches in-order to not have a wheel gap hugh?

i got a set of 15's too, and i hook up better, and handle better with the 18's, still just as fast. i dont have to worry about going fast, i got one of the fastest cars in my town, so its not a big issue for me. i just like the looks. and hey, if you got a set of 18's for 200 wouldnt you pick them up?? whats wrong with doing something different? i plan on doing a custom wide body on it, and dropping it on its nuts. so the 18's tucked will look good with that set up.

why a whide bodykit? i dont see a point of ever putting that on a car ATALL! and a stock b16 with i/h/e dont see how that is the fastest car in youre town. unless you are the only one living there..and NO i would never pick-up a set of 18's for a civic....that is just plane out rice..sorry but it is youre car do what you want to it.

sidewall size is dependent on width of the tire.
some people run 40's to have a overall wheel diameter close to stock.
(i.e. for people who want wider tires)

Quick Reply: are these 15's or 16's??
