Ok. Your therm is located behind the left side of your motor close to and below the vtec solenoid. Its directly at the end part of the bottom radiator hose(toward the upper back of the block). The hose is connected to a flange which is connected to the motor and the therm is housed in this area. There are two bolts that hold it together (10mm). when you have taken the bolts off the flange you can just pull the hose connected to it and it will separate as one unit. You will need to purchase the rubber o-ring gasket for the therm I dont suggest use of the old one. Clean of both faces, the flange and the block to ensure proper securment. Once you setup the new one with the gasket put it in place and bolt it up.
