ok heres the deal. 97 civic dx coupe, freshly rebuilt d16z6 all stock. cold air intake and 4-1 Dynatech header. skunk2 test pipe and thermal exhaust (all 2-3/4 in). my problem is that when my car is running it sounds like there is no exhaust on the car whatsoever. its insanely loud!!! all my neighbors complain about the noise. just wondering if any one else has run into this same problem with this exhaust or if my resonator is plugged up (old motor burned alot of oil). I dont want to get rid of the test pipe but im thinking im going to have to before the cops get called. any help is welcomed.

was it that loud before or did this just happen.
