is there a way to link low & high beams together?
i was wondering if there's such a wiring mod to link low and high beams? what i mean is when i engage the hi beams on, i want the low beams to stay on as well. any instructions will be great. tx

why would you want to do that? on a civic, you won't notice anything since it's all one bulb.

Get an auxiliary lights wiring kit from any auto parts store (make sure it's got a relay, just a switch and wiring). Wire up the kit as per the instructions (colors are different per kit) but connect the 12v power/supply line to the positive lead for the high beam (this is if your wiring harness uses two positives and one gound). Then simply mount the switch where you want and hazzah hi-low mod.......
Or if you are lil more adventurous you can get a Diode from radio shack and connect the high beams positive to the low beams positive with the white/silver band facing the low beam's power wire..... this allows power to flow from the high beam line to the low beam line and power both off the high beam power line, but when the low beams are on it keeps the highs isolated to it's own line. (again this is for a dual positive harness).
