Default is there a torque spec thread anywhere?

getting ready to do a timing belt, water pump, tension on a 1998 civic hx and im trying to find the torque specs for everything and im not having any luck.

can someone point me in the right direction to another thread (yes ive searched) or if you have a helms handy list the specs for me? i know i need to get a manual but i just bought the car and havent had time.

i need the specs for:
1. valve cover bolts
2. crank pulley
3. water pump
4. tensioner

thats all i can think of now..TIA

it's been a while since i've looked at my manual for the Civic. But I think the torque spec for the valve cover bolts is 7ft/lbs. poison listed the torque spec for the crank bolt as 130ft/lbs in his How-To. Click here for that how-to if you have not already looked at it. As for the other torque specs, I can't think of them right now. I'm sure someone with their manual handy will be able to get those for you though.

Have fun, I've done three timing belts on Accords (one to my old 95 EX and 2 on a friends) but I've yet to do one on my Civic. Speaking of which, I need order the parts so I can get that done.

1. hand tight is good enough dont use a torque wrench or it will snap if it doesnt read correctly
2. 130lb/ft
3.8.7ft/lb so another hand tight
4.33ft/lb (i think thats the correct spec for that one go search this one yourself)
