Are there shorter rear lower control arms for 1996-2000 Civics?
I have a 1997 Civic EX with 17x7 wheels with a +37 mm offset and 205/40-17 tires. The rear driver-side tire rubs. The reason the rear passenger-side tire does not rub is because there is an extra half of an inch of gap due to the Uneven Drop Syndrome. Anyway, instead of buying new 17x7 wheels with a +42 mm offset to fix the problem, can I buy shorter LCAs? I read many good things about the SRR LCAs. Are they the same length as the stock ones? If so, does anybody make shorter LCAs for 1996-2000 Civics?

SRR are same as stock.
There are some shorter ones, I just forgot who made them.
The cheaper option would be to remove the rubber strip from the rear fender edge, or if you have already done that, shave a 1/4 or so of the fender edge so that it doesnt rub your tire.
