is there a long o2 sensor for headers?
I know this might be a dumb question but i have a 97 civic dx coupe 5-speed and is wanting to get headers but since they put the O2 sensors plug in at the 1 part of the 4-2-1 part where it hooks to the exhaust the stock o2 sensor doesn't reach that far. I want headers for my car but i have to past emissions.

If the o2 sensor wire is bundled with other wires around the head (left side). Just separate the o2 sensor wire and move to the back of the head and down. Should reach the bottom of header. That's what my mechanic did.

OP, why don't you just cut the wires and solder in however much extra length you need? If you don't know how to splice and solder, it's a good time to learn.
Fairly easy, and there are lots of good howtos that can be found from a google search.

Just cut the plug off the stock harness and solder in the extra length you need on the harness side and loom it, just as good as buying some $30 extension and is almost free.
