Ok i just moved to Florida and before my car had some issues come to find out the fuel pump was shot so i got another one...well now when i turn my key on i dont hear that second "CLICK" from the relay in the accessory to prime the fuel pump. What is keeping it from clicking?

SOLUTIONS I HAVE ALREADY DONE:
looked at all the possible fuses( under dash )
Brand new Walbro pump (yes it was tested on the assy)
Brand new Main relay
i have CEL codes will post them later on...


I dont have a door chime anymore either...(just thought id add that)

Platform:
1997 ex civic with a GSR swap...nothing fancy took msd distributor off and replaced with original..

Im hoping to hear back from you all today i really need my car to get back and forth...

Checked the tightness and clean the thermostat ground. Also what ecu are you using?

Something between key-ign and the main relay. Bag ground might cause it. Do you have a security or alarm installed?

I wire brushed all possible grounds til the metal was shining...p72 ecu

No security


I just came from a buddy's shop and we installed my ecu on a running car and it did not start it either...nor did the fuel pump kick on..

I also saw where and how my "so-called" tech guy in Memphis hooked up my vafc...found two wires he spliced that were touching...im taking this Vafc off...

thought it was irrelevant cause it was disconnected from the quick harness..the screen is packed away in a box at the house..
