i have gsr rears and i was wondering if i can use rear wheel bearings from a cx

i beleive the bearings are diff sizes. i have 99 gsr rear brakes on my 91 b16 ef...bought new hub assemblies and only 1 side fits..the others too large of a bearing. come to find out the pass side trailing arm was from a 93 civic wtf lol
