ok i wasn't sure where to post a rant but i felt it's better to get this off my chest... tonight i was on the phone with a buddy of mine when i hear my alarm going off outside. i was initially slow to react because i hear my alarm sometimes and everything is fine. this time i wanted to take a peak out side and just as i was walking to my car i saw a red integra driving off and my jdm side markers where taken. i know it's not a high cost item but its the principle of the matter. plus i was only 30 seconds from catching the punk in the act. that would have been nice.

that sucks man....thieves suck...i got my ps2 takin right outta my house one time..i was pissed...even more so, cuz my mom had to buy me and my brother another one :-/

yeah man keep a close watch, set-up a security camera or something so even if you don't catch them right then you have them on video tape...and atleast you got a look at what car they were in....what you do from here is understandable haha

Carcover....thats all i gotta say.. Get a wire and tie it up from the bottom with a padlock.

When i lived in daly city, i did that with 2 clubs, and autolock, alarm and fuel cutoff... It wasnt the world but it was enough..haha

i suggest a cheap webcamera with a simle freeware codec from sourceforge to create a security system

yeah but what good is that once the car is gone... i mean yea its coo if you can get a license plate of a car and all but without that its still kinda useless..

Those sensor tripped lights would be good too tho.

thanks for the advice... this all too place at my GF's place, so cameras ect. are kinda out of the question. i always wanted to install a kill switch, maybe i will now
