Testing waters, hatch worth??
OK, so I picked up a new hatch today.
I'm wondering what you guys think I could get for my current one?
right now it's a jdm d15b vtec motor,
koni shocks, coilovers, f/r sways,
gray interior
phantom gray paint.
15x7 wheels, good grippy tires..
188k miles, clean title
pics look pretty but it does have some nicks/scratches.
the thing does wow when washed though.
any ideas on what I could pull?
I could just sell it with all the goodies, including wheels/suspension/motor.
or a toned down version with a cx tranny, stock wheels, stockshocks w/sport springs
no sways..
not sure, lmk..

first i would cover my plates (2HGEH2344NH*2*01*) then you need to let the buyer know how hard it could be with the jdm engine since it may not pass visual unless other means are done by the smog tec. also reciept for engine aswell.
other than that it looks clean. i would say as is around $2,700 but thats just me.
also you've had a supercharger on this engine i assume from your past threads. so its a good idea to let buyers know this aswell. although it could be another motor but....eitherway good luck

thanks
yeah it passes smog visual just fine,
engine just says D15B on it,
the stock motor is a D15B8 I haven't yet come across a smog tech smart enough to notice the difference..
2700 seems a bit low eh?

yea like said other buyers may not be able to smog it correctly. and its up to the seller to make sure the car can be smogged if not a refund can be legally made. or you pay the fees to get it to pass smog, regardless of stating "as is" in bill of sale. but anyway and my price is my price and shouldnt really matter what i think. i wouldnt pay anymore than that , others may

ya around here a decend stock hatch goes for that...something as clean as yours with the swap/wheels/clean title would go for around 3.5k

what year... a 91-93 ? show me a ex coupe that looks clean and is in good mechanical condition for that price because i don't believe you could get one for that.

Re: (7808)
Why dont you just put it in the classified section and see what people offer you then it will be in a forum where people actually have money and aren't just throwing numbers out there. I payed 3k for a clean swapped eg and ive also seen sohc go for 5k so its all who wants it and how bad. GL on it though.
