test only smog centers
anyone know any? here's the story...
Located in Southern California where the damn 15% rule kills everything. Anyone know a test-only center? PM me or e-mail preferred. Don't post shops because local authorities can browse these forums...TIA

Re: test only smog centers (ophdeheezy)
15% rule - for each smog, 15% of cars registered in so cal or in enhanced smog areas are chosen to goto a test-only center. this is to deter ppl from doing illegal swap to avoid higher smog pollution.
