if you look up vegue in the dictonary this would be there.

did u check to make sure your coolant temp sensor was still there..

i think when it happened was when the temp gauge was at high and all of a sudden just dropped to cold!

Check your ect sensor. Make sure its plugged in. If it is, unplug it and check the terminals.

Check your ect sensor as stated above, then learn some spelling

Actually do you guys want him to check the ECT sensor, or the temperature sending unit?

The sending unit tells the guage what to read, and it's the one wire plug by the distributor - THAT is the one that he needs to check.

The ECT sensor tells the ECU the temp of the coolant, but doesn't affect the gauge itself. The ECT affects things like idle quality, fuel delevery based on coolant temp, etc.

No it wouldn't, because "vague" is spelled with an "a".
