Default Temp Gauge

Okay. First off im throwing the code 14(IAC) im gonna take that off tomorrow and clean it out and put it back on. But ... My car reads cold when im driving and wont heatin up the temp gauge will stay at cold but when im parked it will go up and read a normal warm tempature then when i drive again it will go right down to ice cold.. Any suggestions?

I checked my coolant its perfect, car doesnt overheat and is not air locked.

Your thermostat may be stuck open.

Also double check the coolant level. When engine is cool, remove the radiator cap. Top off with coolant if low and fill reservoir to max level line.
