chrysler kid would it be better to order the speedi-sleeve ahead of time, like take measurements from another crank, or wait to measure the crank on the car itself and then order it?

So I ordered it from autozone, its a sleeve that is suppose to slide over the crank pretty snugly. Its suppose to slide over the factory crank. When searching it in google there was a pretty good picture of a guy installing it and then trimming it down where the tool slides over the snout. You dont have to trim it, but in the post he did

I mean honestly ive just been putting the old seals spring style retainer on top of the new seals springy inner retainer to give the new rubber seal a little more tension on the surface of the crank. (The inside of the seal has a hair scrunche style ring to give tension)

I had to do that on my rear pinion seal on my Camaro. The seals design was not great initially and even oem new parts were known to be "weepy". So my little double scrunchee seal liner fixed the "weepy" leak on the stock 10bolt

no no no, my question was this, in order to get the correct size sleeve should I find someone online who measured the rear crank or wait to have everything apart and get the measurement from my own crank. Not asking about the tool that comes with the be sleeve.

Felpro makes them to cover the factory crank snout, so every d16 would have the same size crank. The sleeve is fat enough to cover any tolerance issues or Google caused by the old seal. So just order one from rockauto for the d16.....err in your case something with a d15

Not doing a b20 swap, when the swap has been done. BOOM

No, somehow my sister blew seals and the oil lvl was overfilled. Oil pan has been changed but it looks like traces of oil are on the transmission so it might be the rear main seal. Figured since I'm going all the way in with dropping the transmission I might as well get what I need in case theres a groove on the front and rear crank. Also have to look into wheel bearings.

I thought about adjusting valve lash and almost made it to garage. I reflected on 7 in 9 ex and 180 crack rotations and will do the physical part some other day. I'm now thinking about ice cream and AC.

Someone local posted a for sale thread and I ended up with eagle rods, chipped ecu, upper cylinder gaskets for a b20, gsr girdle, windage tray, oil pan and some other stuff I haven't looked at. Jumper harness came in through Amazon, loaded my SST burner and loaded a stock B20 bin. Good to go.

After trying to figure out why my fuel pressure is way too high I've come to the conclusion that my return line must be blocked.

Installed some Hybrid Racing goodies on the EH3, and was about to dump about $5K into it before I realized I wanted something entirely different to play with. Enter my first non-Honda, ever.
