Default TEIN FLEX DAMPENERS

Ok i Just bought my vx. the first thing i was wanting to do is to swap a set of tein flex dampeners on the 92 vx.

There used but in great shape still we get these in all the time from japan. I was going to swap a h22a in to it and use these.

The question is would these be a good swap out for that conversion.

I know since i'm adding more weight i will need a diffrent set up or would this work??

You can use those, thats what i have with a H22 in a EG. If you haven't bought a set I am selling a brand new set for $1200 shipped. Let me know!

it may also be adviseable to buy the ones for the 94-01 teg, non r, as they have a higher spring rate

I got them for free <can 't say free we pay for the container> they come in with our engine container and clips? it's not the full set but we have the front set used we sell for 450.

You can use stock teg spring and you will be just fine but i want alittle bit more control the dampener and the coil controls are sweet on this.

cant you specify the springrates when you order the FLEX's?

If you ARE intent upon getting the h22,
I would probably recommend runner a higher springrate up front.

But then it all depends on your plans, what you're going to do with the car, how you want it to perform and such.

Also ride height is very important.

if you're going to be very low up front, then you'll definetely want more springrate, so you're not bottoming out and scraping allover the place!
