Tein Basic Coilovers
So I noticed that Tein released a "basic" coilover for civics/integras. Now my question is, does anyone have them? I don't see much talk about them. I did a few searches in this forum and the road race/auto-x forum but only saw threads about the SS. I've been considering these for my EK. TIA.

Re: Tein Basic Coilovers (eeekay)
They probably as good as the Apex i WS dampers. No adjustable. softer spring rates.

Actually I was wrong. They are the same spring rates it seems as the SS just non-adjustable struts.
As for how they are for auto crossing....no clue. I know my SS's are more then plenty for everyday driving.

Re: Tein Basic Coilovers (Apex i ITR)
What are the "basic" Tein's going for?
I installed my ebay coilovers on my OEM shocks yesterday (3 of the 4) and NOT happy with the ride. Since I could not get the 4th nut off the front shock I left the sleeves at stock height. Talking about a $hitty ride
I'm looking for a full-coilover set-up that is less than 1k.
First I've heard of the Tein basic coilovers.
When I had the 98 Civic LX I was running GC's / Bilstein HD's. Pretty nice ride, but I'm going for the full set-up this time around. No cutting bumpstops / dust boot covers this time. Just want to unpack and install
