You and him don't deserve them if you can't appreciate the quality and craftmanship behind Tein suspension. If you wannt to just lower the car just get some Matrixx coilovers and some Tokico blues.

Re: Tein? (Alberto)
I have been running tein's on my car for almost a year and they have been excellent so far. I would actually consider getting them for my hatch also. Good stuff.

Tein is a very high quality product that has been racing in japan for longer than hondas were ever "cool". Rally, curcuit,auto-x, they've done there homework.
They make many models, so you need to read up and choose the application that best suits you. i.e. street, auto-x, trackday, carpet queen.

Re: Tein? (h00kup)
All Teins are 16-way adjustable.
SS: 8kg/5kg (totally streetable), pillow upper mounts not included.
HA: 8kg/5kg (totally streetable), helper spring, pillow upper mounts not included.
RA: 14kg/10kg (designed slightly more for track), helper spring, aluminum strut housing for unsprung weight, pillow upper mounts included.
These spring rates are for 92-95 Civic, 96-00 Civic Tein HA are (I think) 9kg/6kg, RA are indentical. Only difference between HA and SS is HA include helper spring to quiet spring rattle and the valve dampening is slightly stiffer (depending on car), nothing really noticeable.
