Default Teggy radiator in Del sol with AC

I need more cooling. I have a ERL superdeck2 block and custom turbo kit. I tried a Fluidyne half size and it's not enough. I think my problem is the bumper cover. It has a slight smaller opening than the stock bumper cover. The half size simply does not get enough airflow. Therefore I think that a fullsize will work better. The car gets hotter than I would like. It happens slowly while in traffic. I also want to keep the AC. Is this possible/feasible? If so, can I keep the del's stock condenser? I think that I am going to use a CSF fullsize 1-row rad. It should be thin enough to allow for the turbo and condenser as well as provide enough surface area for proper cooling. Does anyone have any good suggestions other than delete the AC?

get a dual core radiator from an SI or VTEC Del Sol, and then make sure you fan is working. Also, Password makes a Radiator cover that keeps air from escaping around the sides of the radiator, not sure if it is all that functional, but seems like a feasible idea. Also make sure that your system is bleed, no air pockets or such.

The fan works. No air in system. The Fluidyne half size is a dual core. Are the SI or VTEC DelSol full size?

Sounds like youre not keeping your AC...
The del sol vtec and em1 are both 1/2size rads

Have you tried a more powerful fan?

yeah, the easiest fix is more surface area for better cooling, aka full size radiator. Also, what coolant are you using? Make sure its a good 50/50 mix. The water actually helps cool your engine better.

40% coolant/60% water with water wetter. I do need a better fan. But that won't help a ton. I simply lack surface area. I guess I'll find a way to keep the AC and have a full rad. I wonder if all ERL colsed deck blocks have similar issues. They just seem to run hot.
