Ok So my speedometer went out on me, and I need to replace the VSS (vehicle speed sensor), but I cant seem to find it!! Ive looked in repair manuel, but all it tells me is that 92-95 delsols use VSS. A lot of good that does me. I KNOW ALREADY!! SO I need help from you guys.

Where is the VSS on a 94 delsol Si?

Did you check to make sure the cable just didn't come out of the tranny?

There is no cable, at least thats what the book tells me.

Anyone else have any ideas, why it isnt working?

should be located on the lower right rear of the tranny. Look at the rear crossmember and find the wiring that leads from that area to the tranny and that should be it, I think it is between 2 heater hoses if looking down. THe only other electrical plug on the tranny is for the reverse lights and that is right below the distributor.

I had a bad speedometer in a 95 civic. I bought a new guage cluster on ebay for $50. I know of two other people that this happened to. Maybe you have a freind that has the same cluster for you to try.
