TECH 96' Type R Spec Conversion on 92 CX
Well It was a long moring today, My good friend Nature Boy brought his 00' ITR Powered CX Hybrid over for a 1996 ITR Spec Wheel/brake conversion And to install Custom Koni's with Skunk Camber kits!
Objectives were to increase Stoping power, and Improve handling!
Heres what we will be installing
First you must Remove All Knuckles and Traling arms, I recomend getting a Ball Joint Remover
Connect the factory mounting Piece to the New Skunk2 Camber kit (which i might add I was very impressed with)
Connect the New shocks (Built by True Choice With Custom spring Rates 425R 350F Via Eibach ERS)
Now Reinstall Everything! And Adjust ride height (Which We did lower little more after picture)
Dont forget to Go to an Aligment Shop ASAP being Your alignment and Camber will be Off!
BTW....He has Fiber Images Carbon Fiber hood being installed Within Next week, And new Tires also (Falken Azeines 205/50/15)
I will Take more pics when Its more Complete, But for now Keep his car in mind, Being its one BadAss EG!
And I would like to Thank HondaDriven (Charles) @ http://www.hondadriven.net For Last Minute parts, and Leo @ http://www.jdmspecperf.com for Conversion
