you should try to get your hands on a Type R TB..it's 62 mm and if it's 98 and up, will use same senors...

yes it will fit...BUT the spring is different and the butterfly is different,made different because the throtle body sits lower on a gsr,a LS throttle body will work for you with no problem and will bolt right up,same size as gsr also,prelude Tb will work also.
