Are there any benefits or gains from doing this?

I did and it made it idle bad so i hooked it back up.

You want to bypass the throttle body? Where would your intake go? Can you clarify what it is you want to do?

well i meant bypassing the coolant lines.

I still don't get what bypassin the coolant lines is suppose to do for you, but apprently you seemed to have done it already based on your sig.

Yeah made my car idle bad as well..hooked it back up.
