Default Tanabe exhaust insight please

I'm getting rid of my Buddy Club exhaust and planning on getting a Tanabe Super Medallion Hyper Spec exhaust. I'm just wondering, before I actually buy it, who has this exhaust or knows someone who has it. Any pros/cons? How quiet is it from inside the cab? I searched all archives and didn't find anything, but sorry if this is a repost.

Also, any pix of this on a coupe would be great.

Thanks.

i have one on my EM1 (Si), and its freakin quiet when i first had it for the first few years... then the inside pimping rusted and i think disconnected on one end... now im stuck with a rattle, and the exhaust is kinda louder... but still not loud by any means. the tip sticks out big time too.... about 1/2 inch from the end of the bumper

im going to replace my SM hyper with an RSR Exmag soon... the black canister just looks better, and the tip is pretty nice too.

Sweet. It looks nice.

Where'd you pick yours up from?
I've only seen it at HopUpRacing but they're getting expensive. => $610

Yeah, I'm going to paint the canister black on the new exhaust, just to get it a little more low profile. I'm not into the bling.

Z6 Coupe is on the right track.
I think the Super Medallion Racing Spec is hideous.

Same thing with my Buddy Club. It's the throatiest N1 exhaust I've ever heard, and sounds really nice up top, but it's just gettin' to be a bit too much for now. My friends can seriously hear me from like a mile away.

I got the hyper medallion from RaceInspired. Great service and I got my exhaust the next day.

I'll post pix after I'm done modifying it a tad...
