taking middle bolt off steering wheel, HELP

Default taking middle bolt off steering wheel, HELP

ok so im trying to put the nrg hub and QR set up on my car but that dam middle bolt in the middle of the steering wheel wont come off! does anyone have any solutions on how to take it out?? let me know thanks!!

if it.s havin problems comin off spray pb blaster on it. .shouldnt be to hard. .19mm socket w an extension. .hold the steering wheel w one hand n use otha on the ratchet obviously.

why would you have too hold the steering wheel they have a lock on the column

cause the latch housing is cast aluminum, it's breaks fairly easy when you have a breaker bar attached and pushing hard. It's also a pain to replace.
It will take some abuse, bet get roudy with it and you'll be pulling apart the rest of the column and trying to get out security bolts.

impact wrench is best.

Impact wrench would be best and easiest. Just put some muscle into it, it should come off.
